Toolkit for
Wellbeing

Definition of Wellbeing:

A state of being comfortable, healthy, or happy; a partnership of physical and emotional health that allows human beings to thrive.

Watch this video to learn how we describe the Toolkit for Wellbeing and how we use it in our programs at The Sky Center.

What is the
Toolkit for Wellbeing?

We now know, thanks to resiliency and healthy lifestyle research, that wellbeing is a skillset that can be practiced. Enter the Toolkit! We’ve taken what we know about suicide risk factors and zeroed in on the healthcare practices that serve as their antidotes:

Out in the community, we’ve been offering Toolkit workshops as well as longer term consultation and facilitation inside of organizations. Right here on our website, we offer immediate access to practices and resources connected to each aspect of the toolkit so you can start learning and practicing NOW to cultivate a more resilient and healthier you.
